Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a diligent Sales Support Associate in Metro Manila to back our sales team and customers across pre-sales, orders, and post-sales support. The role requires 4 years in sales, customer service, or account management, with experience in international client handling and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and consumer goods knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
Set up and maintain customer accounts with data accuracy in relevant systems.
Coordinate with planning, logistics, and IT to resolve supply chain issues.
Provide documentation (invoices, etc.) and communicate order status.
Resolve customer issues and drive high satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with sales and operations to meet targets.
