Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Talks to customers on the telephone; presents software value to customers; and promptly recognize clients' needs.
• Solves routine and complex problems using information sources provided, or by conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision.
• Recognizes problems, collects and analyzes data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions with minimal supervision.
• Works closely with Supervisor in matters that need escalation to the appropriate internal authority and issues requiring immediate attention and resolution.
• Takes ownership of assigned cases including documentation, making follow up calls, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
