You'll collaborate with cross-border teams, maintain data integrity, craft professional emails, and help drive the corporate sales lifecycle. 1-3 years experience and strong written English are ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, virtual assistant, or admin roles.
• Experience with cross-border or BPO environments is a plus.
• Strong written English and professional business communication.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume commercial sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate timeline-sensitive asset tasks with stakeholders.
• Audit CRM records to identify prospects and keep data clean.
• Draft and send personalized emails to prospects in brand voice.
• Provide flexible administrative support across client projects.
