Job summary

Booth & Partners in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Wholesale Team and international customers. The role reports to the Director of International Sales and focuses on smooth client relations and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role.
• High proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into the ERP system (NetSuite).
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Coordinate sample shipments with the Sales and Logistics teams.
• Prepare product SKU data sheets using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Provide support for customization orders via email and Asana.
• Update wholesale pricing and replacement parts lists.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and CX team on warranty issues.
• Process credit memos as needed.
