Job summary

DCX Client Services is hiring a Home-Based Sales Order Specialist to manage intercompany orders and ensure timely delivery while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires handling order entry, matching costs, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The position offers a permanent work-from-home setup, with work hours aligned to CST (USA). Candidates should have 1–2 years in order management and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years in Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic exposure to Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Create intercompany sales orders via Manage Intercompany Sales Orders with correct IC customer and subsidiary.
• Apply the IC Service Charge on every intercompany order per rule.
• Raise vendor purchase orders using drop ship at line level.
• Support fulfilment and order processing.
• Match vendor cost to Purple Promos PO within tolerance; escalate variances.
• Raise intercompany invoices from Purple Promos to Reachdesk Ltd.
• Maintain live view of open orders and clear aged items within SLA.
• Escalate mismatches or missing documents within SLA.
• Document SOPs for tasks to enable automation and handover.
