Job summary

DCX, a leading BPO, is hiring a Client Services Home-Based Sales Assistant to support backend project management and collaborate with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to deliver excellent customer service.

You will help build long-term client relationships by offering promotional product solutions, creating proposals, and managing order documentation while keeping records current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years in promotional, customer service, or order management roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
• Direct experience in promotional industry or e-commerce is beneficial.
• Customer-oriented and adaptable to diverse clients.
• Comfortable with social media marketing.
• Experience with Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, features, and availability information to customers.
• Create proposals, quotes, and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and compile data for sales decks.
• Document order-related activities in systems.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound emails.
• Provide day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to sales support.
