DCX is seeking a Home Based Purchase Order Follow Up Coordinator to support our United States client services. This full-time role requires flexibility to follow client processes, strong attention to detail, and teamwork.

You will manage POs, review orders, and coordinate with Customer Service and Account Executives to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or order management, proficient English, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing, or related field; post-order tracking experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with order management, CRM, ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform purchasing functions: issue PO, create invoices, verify pricing, authorize payments, and enter data into accounting system.
• Review orders for artwork, completeness, delivery timelines and margins.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with manager for multiple programs.
• Communicate order information with Customer Service and Account Executives.
• Update orders and allocate quantities for shipments; maintain accurate order records.
