Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to support the end-to-end order process for a US-based promotional products company. You will interact with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure orders are entered accurately and tracked through delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or order management, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office/CRM. This is a full-time remote position with US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of direct experience in Promotional Products, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Communicate order status and production schedule changes with suppliers, reps, and clients.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through open, proactive communication.
