Job summary

DCX is a leading US-based BPO offering a home-based Sales Administrator role. You will qualify leads, review company websites, and provide verified prospects to the Sales Team while handling travel arrangements and calendar coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree in Marketing or Business Administration and have 1–3 years in Customer Service or Administrative roles. Strong English, HubSpot, and Microsoft/Google suite skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Well-structured and organized; able to multitask.
• Accurate with detailed information; able to work with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential leads by online research and evaluating fit based on criteria.
• Review ~100 companies weekly to identify qualified prospects.
• Provide verified leads to the Sales Team; support business development.
• Arrange travel; manage calendars for efficient scheduling.
• Perform general EA duties: meeting prep, correspondence, and admin support.
• Create and maintain databases and records for organized information.
