DCX Client Services is seeking a Home Based Purchase Order Follow Up Coordinator to support US-based clients. You will perform purchasing functions, review orders for accuracy, coordinate with teams, and maintain up-to-date order records while handling high email volumes.

The role requires a college degree in a related field, 1–3 years in customer service or order management, and strong English communication. US hours apply; full-time, work-from-home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing, or related roles.
• Experience with post-order tracking and shipment coordination preferred.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and manage invoicing, pricing, and accounting entries.
• Review orders for accuracy, artwork, delivery timelines, and margins.
• Coordinate purchasing needs across programs with managers.
• Communicate order details with Customer Service and Account Executives.
• Maintain order records and document activities across systems.
• Handle high volumes of emails and ad hoc duties as assigned.
