Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a Home-Based Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing and customer communications for our US clients from the Philippines.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It offers a 3-month contingent contract with a potential path to full-time employment after probation.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process.
• Communicate order status and production schedules with suppliers, sales reps, and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on order issue resolution.
• Document proofs, production status, and customer interactions in systems.
• Maintain up-to-date order records and follow communication procedures.
