Job summary

DCX is a Philippines-based team seeking a detail-oriented handler for purchasing, order management, and coordination. You will issue POs, verify pricing, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records across systems.

This role emphasizes high-volume email management and cross-team communication to support US operations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in relevant roles, strong English skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP environments, Office and Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing, or related fields.
• Direct experience with post-order tracking and shipment coordination preferred.
• Very proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform purchasing functions: issue POs, invoice creation, pricing verification, payment authorization, and accounting entries.
• Review orders for artwork, completeness, accuracy, and margins.
• Coordinate with manager to determine purchasing needs for multiple programs.
• Communicate order information to Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives.
• Review data, correct errors, and generate POs for suppliers.
• Confirm quality requirements and delivery timelines.
• Update orders to allocate shipped quantities to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Document order-related activities in various systems.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound emails.
