Job summary

DCX seeks a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. You will enter orders, track production, and keep records updated while building strong customer relationships and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in promotional products or order management, strong English communication, and comfort with multiple software systems. Salary is PHP 30,000–35,000 with permanent WFH and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Promotional Products, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage end-to-end process until delivery.
• Communicate changes in order status and production schedules with suppliers and clients.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order issues.
• Ensure production proof approvals and document status in systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and order activities.
