Qualifications

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor orders from initiation through completion with accurate documentation.
• Track tasks and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Provide coordination support across the full project lifecycle including Global Trade solutions.
• Prepare timelines, status updates, and reports for stakeholders.
• Apply project management best practices to ensure quality deliverables and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners; document processes and improvements.
• Create data reports or visual summaries for decision-making.
• Provide daily coordination support including communications and schedules.
• Perform additional duties aligned with project support and operations.
