Job summary

Nuvho Hotel Management Services is expanding its Revenue team and seeks a Revenue Manager to work remotely within the Philippines, focusing on the Australian market. You will manage revenue performance across hotel clients, using pricing, forecasting, distribution, inventory and market analysis to maximise revenue and commercial results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in hotel Revenue Management is required.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution.
• Experience analyzing demand patterns, booking pace and hotel performance.
• Understanding of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share metrics.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue management for an assigned portfolio of hotel clients.
• Analyse demand, booking pace, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
• Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts and monitor KPIs.
• Manage rate and inventory distribution across PMS, RMS, GDS, booking engines and other channels.
• Prepare daily, monthly and ad-hoc revenue reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align commercial strategies.
