Arnage Group is seeking a Hotel Revenue Manager to maximize revenue and occupancy through pricing, forecasting, and distribution management. You will work remotely with hotel teams to develop pricing strategies based on market demand, trends, and events.

As the revenue expert, you will provide analysis, recommendations, and ongoing support while collaborating with hotel management to implement actions and monitor performance across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience in hotel revenue management.
• Understanding of pricing, forecasting and distribution.
• Experience with revenue management systems and channel managers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages helpful.
• Experience managing multiple hotels is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set and adjust room pricing and rate strategies based on demand and market conditions.
• Monitor booking pace, pickup, occupancy, seasonality, local events, and competitor pricing.
• Prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Manage and optimize distribution across OTAs, GDS, wholesale, groups, and direct bookings.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue.
• Hold a weekly online meeting with hotel management to review performance and discuss pricing and revenue strategy.
• Plan ahead for high-demand dates, events, high season, base rates, and future booking periods.
• Work with hotel teams to turn revenue data and market insights into practical actions.
