Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an analytical Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across our hotel portfolio in Makati. You will lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy while maintaining brand integrity and competitive positioning.

You will partner with property leaders, leverage RMS, PMS, CRS, and BI tools to turn data into forecasting models and actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hotel revenue management, multi-property preferred.
• Advanced RMS, PMS, CRS and BI tools proficiency.
• Strong data-to-forecasting abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute portfolio-wide revenue strategies to maximize brand positioning and market share.
• Balance rate, occupancy, and distribution channels to maximize top-line performance.
• Design dynamic pricing models and inventory controls to optimize yield.
• Maintain rate discipline and commercial alignment across channels.
• Lead short- and long-term demand forecasting and analyze market trends.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Oversee RMS, CRS, and PMS systems and ensure data integrity.
• Provide clear performance reports to executives on RevPAR and market share.
• Coach property teams on revenue optimization practices.
