Job summary

Lavie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue through proactive sales initiatives, strategic client relationships, and market development across Rooms and F&B. The role targets new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts to maximize hotel exposure and revenue.

The position focuses on achieving monthly and annual revenue targets in alignment with the hotel's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in hotel sales or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and hotel systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and regular update of the Sales Department's operations manual.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, agreements and client correspondence.
• Ensure all sales activities, bookings and accounts are properly documented and traceable.
• Support the preparation of the annual sales and marketing plan.
