Revenue & Distribution Analyst (Remote – Philippines)
Full time · ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month
About Us
Kalido Hospitality Group is building a new kind of stay in Vancouver, Canada: modern, design-driven apartment hotels rooted in warmth and genuine hospitality. Our guests are film crews, relocations, corporate travelers, and long-stay guests, and we're growing fast, with new properties on the way.
How We Work
We move fast, make decisions quickly, and work hard. We're a lean team, so everyone owns their area and nobody hides behind tickets. In return, you'll see your work make a real difference, right away.
The Role
If you love clean systems, hate broken mappings, and get a little too satisfied fixing a parity issue before anyone else notices, this is for you.
We're hiring a Revenue & Distribution Analyst to own the setup, health, and execution of our revenue and distribution systems across our portfolio. You'll work closely with our Revenue Manager, who owns pricing and strategy. Your job is making sure everything is built correctly, connected properly, audited regularly, and running cleanly across every channel, and keeping a sharp eye on it when the rest of the team is offline.
Schedule
This is a remote, full-time role working Vancouver (Pacific Time) hours, Wednesday to Sunday. Weekend coverage is a core part of the job: you'll be monitoring rates, availability, and channel health while bookings are moving and the office is closed.
What You'll Own
Revenue systems & distribution
- Build and maintain rate plans in Mews based on Revenue Manager direction.
- Create and manage promotions, packages, and rate codes across Mews and SiteMinder.
- Own channel connectivity, mappings, and inventory flow.
- Run regular OTA and channel audits to ensure accuracy and rate parity.
- Troubleshoot issues between Mews, SiteMinder, our booking engine, and OTAs, and fix them fast.
Weekend & off-hours monitoring
- Keep watch over rates, availability, and restrictions during weekends.
- Catch and resolve glitches, sync failures, and pricing errors before they cost us bookings.
- Flag anything strategic to the Revenue Manager with a clear summary of what happened.
Reporting & analysis
- Build and run daily, weekly and monthly reports: pickup, pace, channel mix, and promo performance.
- Spot trends and anomalies in the data and bring them to the Revenue Manager with your read on what's going on.
- Prepare system health reports so problems are found early, not after the fact.
- Stats, Reports, Cool data points
Commercial operations & quality control
- Audit live reservations for accuracy, anomalies, and promo misuse.
- Support reservations and hosts with system-related edge cases.
- Make sure direct booking paths, policies, and offers display correctly.
- Find and fix revenue leakage caused by system or setup issues.
Documentation & scaling
- Build and maintain SOPs for rate plans, promotions, and audits.
- Be the go-to person for revenue systems knowledge across the team.
- Support setup and testing for new properties, and stress-test connections before every launch.
- Help operations with Mews workflows and other systems-related projects as we grow.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with SiteMinder or a similar channel manager.
- Experience with Mews strongly preferred; experience with another cloud PMS (Cloudbeds, Opera Cloud, RMS, or similar) considered.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, OTA extranets, and channel management.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including building reports from raw data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and the kind of person who builds a checklist before anyone asks.
- Comfortable working independently, including weekends, in a lean and fast-moving team.
- Excellent written English.
What We Offer
- ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month, based on experience.
- A long-term, full-time remote role with a growing hospitality group.
- Real ownership of your area, with direct access to leadership.
- Broad exposure to hotel operations, new property launches, and scaling projects.
What This Role Is (and Isn't)
- Full-time ownership of revenue systems, distribution, and weekend monitoring
- Close collaboration with a dedicated Revenue Manager
- Hands-on reporting and analysis that shapes real decisions
- Not responsible for pricing strategy or forecasting
- Not a senior revenue leadership role
- Not a narrow, ticket-only systems job
