Huzzle is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional in the Philippines for a fully remote role focused on boutique hotels and short-term rentals. As a central hub for guest services, you'll manage the entire guest experience from booking to checkout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Guesty and Uplisting, overseeing inventory and ensuring excellent guest relations. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing reservations for both hotels and short-term rentals.
• Native-level English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in understanding OTA disputes and rate plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for guest inquiries and manage requests.
• Oversee calendar availability and reservation modifications.
• Respond to guest reviews and manage listings on OTA platforms.
• Coordinate operations with on-site hotel staff and housekeeping.
• Handle OTA disputes and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Provide out-of-hours support for urgent guest needs.
