Job summary

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or related degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with PMS/CRS systems. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and involves liaising with OTAs and corporate accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, reservations, front office, or revenue management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and market demand.
• Forecasting: predict future demand based on seasonality and events.
• Pricing Strategy: recommend room rates and promotions to optimize revenue.
• Distribution Management: oversee OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts.
• Reporting: prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Insights: present findings to management for decision-making.
