Job summary

The Access Group in Baguio, Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the regional hospitality market, leveraging revenue management software and hospitality technology to maximise hotel performance.

You will identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with sales, product and marketing to deliver tailored proposals. Preference will be given to candidates with experience selling Revenue Management Software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales within revenue management software or hospitality technology.
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems, OTAs, PMS and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share for hospitality software.
• Identify and engage hotels, hotel groups and hospitality partners across the region.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing to deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
