Job summary

Kalido Hospitality Group is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Analyst to own the setup, health, and execution of revenue and distribution systems across our portfolio. This remote role collaborates with the Revenue Manager to ensure proper connections, regular audits, and clean operation across channels.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on SiteMinder or similar-channel management experience, strong Excel skills, and a deep understanding of hotel distribution and OTA extranets.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for building reports from raw data.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a checklist mindset.
• Excellent written English and ability to work independently on a lean, fast-moving team.
• Hands-on experience with SiteMinder or a similar channel manager.
• Experience with Mews strongly preferred; other cloud PMS experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain revenue and distribution systems across our portfolio.
• Monitor rates, availability, and channel health during weekends and off-hours.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports on pickup, pace, channel mix and promo performance.
• Audit live reservations for accuracy, anomalies, and promo misuse, and fix issues.
• Document SOPs and scale revenue systems for new properties and launches.
