We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and results-driven Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize revenue performance across our hotel portfolio. In this role, you will lead portfolio-wide pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share. You will act as a key commercial partner—leveraging data-driven insights, modern system management, and cross-property leadership to build a robust, high-performing revenue culture.
Formulate and execute comprehensive, portfolio-wide revenue strategies tailored to brand positioning, seasonal demand, and shifting market dynamics.
Continuously balance rate, occupancy, and distribution channels to maximize top-line performance, overall profitability, and market penetration.
Design dynamic pricing models and inventory controls across all properties and distribution channels to optimize yield without sacrificing brand integrity.
Maintain rate discipline and commercial alignment across direct and indirect sales channels.
Lead precise short- and long-term demand forecasting, analyzing booking pace, pick-up, market segments, and historical trends.
Monitor competitor pricing and position using market intelligence tools to identify operational risks and capitalize on high-demand periods.
Oversee and optimize core technology infrastructure, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Ensure strict data integrity, rate parity, and standard operational procedures across all property systems.
Cultivate a revenue-oriented mindset across property-level teams through continuous coaching, structured training, and clear performance frameworks.
Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to executive leadership—highlighting portfolio RevPAR, index/market share growth, yield risks, and emerging market opportunities.
3–5+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, preferably overseeing multi-property or portfolio strategy.
Advanced proficiency in RMS, PMS, CRS, and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Opera, SynXis, STR reports).
Strong quantitative background with proven experience turning raw data into forecasting models and strategic commercial initiatives.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence property leaders, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
