You will monitor market trends, optimize channels including OTAs and brand sites, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and deliver regular forecasts using RMS, PMS, and Excel-driven insights. The role requires a data-driven approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, and channel management platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
