CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Revenue Management to join our growing short-term rental team. You will manage client relationships while developing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, optimizing pricing across channels, and presenting performance insights. This remote, full-time role aligns with US business hours and offers long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Short-Term Rental Operations.
• Proven experience creating revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality.
• Experience with revenue management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and demand patterns across channels.
• Prepare performance reports including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue insights.
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications, and marketing to improve portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
