Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to convert inbound seller leads into signed contracts. This remote, phone‑driven role requires experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO, Subject‑To, or distressed property sales and the ability to work within U.S. hours.

You will qualify leads, evaluate ARV and repairs, negotiate offers, and drive deals to closing while maintaining CRM records and pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in real estate wholesaling or acquisitions
• Proven ability to get motivated sellers under contract
• Strong phone-based sales and negotiation skills
• Experience handling seller objections and difficult conversations
• Comfort with remote work and U.S. business hours
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound seller leads and qualification calls
• Assess property condition, ARV, repairs, and acquisition price
• Present cash offers and negotiate terms to secure contracts
• Maintain and follow up with a pipeline of opportunities
• Coordinate with acquisitions, underwriting, dispositions, and operations teams
