Job summary

LAdmins, a remote-first company in the Philippines, seeks a procurement specialist to streamline supplier sourcing, PO creation, and order management while collaborating with a U.S. team.

You will coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in procurement, ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with AP, three-way matching, vendor setup, and payment cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Hands-on with ERP/purchasing systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and issue POs in ERP system.
• Source suppliers, request quotes, negotiate terms.
• Track open orders, expedite critical items.
• Maintain supplier records and generate reports.
• Process invoices and support accounts payable.
