Zusammenfassung

Deployed, based in the Philippines, is seeking a procurement specialist to handle daily replenishment, RFQ management, and supplier relationships for a major digital transformation project.

You will support end-to-end PO processes, ERP migration work to Business Central, and coordination with the Australian team to meet production schedules. Excellent English communication and ERP experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of procurement experience including daily reordering and RFQ lifecycle.
• Background in heavy manufacturing, automotive, mining services, construction, or related industrial sector.
• Knowledge of ECi M1 or comparable ERP/MRP system; ERP migration to Business Central is a plus.
• Ability to read BOMs and manufacturing parts lists to issue accurate RFQs.
• Willingness to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Perth time; strong English communication is essential.

Aufgaben

• Daily Stock Replenishment: review and act on the daily reorder sheet.
• RFQ & Sourcing Management: prepare specs, source quotes, analyze costs.
• Procurement & Strategy Support: assist with strategic sourcing initiatives.
• End-to-End PO Management: generate, issue, and track POs in M1 ERP.
• ERP Migration Support: assist data cleansing and vendor master validation for Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout.
• Supplier Relationship Management: maintain relationships and identify new partners.
• Commercial Negotiation: negotiate terms, volume discounts, freight costs.
• Expediting & Production Alignment: monitor lead times and align with offshore/production calendars.
• Dispute Resolution: resolve discrepancies, process claims, reconcile invoices.
• Sales Requisition Support: source parts for Sales team requisitions.
