Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in business or related field; 5–10 years working experience in procurement/supply chain.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail; basic analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Issue and manage accurate purchase orders in line with vendor agreements.
• Vendor Communication: Daily liaison with suppliers to request quotes, confirm delivery dates, and resolve discrepancies.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Match POs to invoices to ensure accurate billing.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track levels, review stock reports, and help maintain optimal inventory.
• Data Entry: Update ERP systems to track material costs and supplier lead times.
