Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage the operational side of purchase orders for two buyers in a fast-moving social commerce setup. You will build approval packets, manage open-items trackers, and ensure precise PO administration inside an ERP system, with direct vendor interaction in English.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, with USD payments bi-monthly and holidays observed. The role requires at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday,

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in purchasing operations, order administration, or accounts payable support.
• ERP/order management system experience including PO administration, proforma invoices, and terms.
• Professional written English with US-readability for vendors and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build price and wire approval requests with correct details and attachments.
• Log and chase approvals in a tracker with clear ownership.
• File and follow up ERP item and vendor setup documentation.
• Process PO requests and confirm drafts line-by-line, correcting as needed.
• Assemble full wire packets and verify banking details before transfer.
• Match received vs paid quantities and flag discrepancies.
