Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Operations Lead to expand physician partnerships while strengthening client experience and operational systems.

In this role you act as a trusted extension of the leadership team—combining business development, client success, and strategic operations—and you will own physician acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing program operations, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across business operations, executive support, or healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders, physicians, and business owners.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a startup or fast-changing environment.
• Experience solving problems independently with minimal instruction.
• Comfort with learning unfamiliar systems and applying AI tools.
• Attention to detail in billing, reporting, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new physician and clinic partnerships.
• Lead discovery calls and clearly explain Pillar's services and fees.
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and admin staff to ensure seamless partnerships.
• Support executive communications and reporting to leadership.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve workflows and pilot tools.
• Monitor KPIs and improve client experience and operational processes.
