Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across business operations, executive support, business development, customer success, healthcare operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leaders, founders, executives, physicians, or business owners
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously in a startup or rapidly changing environment
• Experience solving problems independently without waiting for detailed instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confidence facilitating meetings and business conversations
• Ability to organize information and communicate progress clearly
• Strong judgment when dealing with sensitive or difficult conversations
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and processes independently
• Practical experience using AI tools for business or productivity
• High attention to detail, particularly where client information, billing, reporting, or financial accuracy is involved

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to expand physician partnerships and grow the client network
• Lead operations and client success initiatives across programs and partnerships
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflows
• Communicate priorities, progress, and risks to founders and team members
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve discovery, conversion, and processes
• Prepare updates and drive agendas in executive communications
• Identify AI opportunities to improve workflows and outputs
• Support scheduling, invoicing, reporting and documentation
• Help scale the business as partnerships and patients grow
