Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations or related roles.
• Experience working with senior leaders, founders, or physicians.
• Strong client-facing communication and project coordination.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Grow physician partnerships and partnerships outreach.
• Lead discovery calls and explain services clearly.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and admins.
• Provide executive-level updates and strategic input.
