Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience across business operations, executive support, business development, customer success, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for attracting physician and clinic partnerships
• Identify opportunities to reach physicians, practice owners, and healthcare decision-makers
• Support organic marketing and local-market growth initiatives
• Develop physician-facing messaging, success stories, and materials
• Research new channels and partnerships to increase opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective physician partners
• Explain Pillar's services and patient-support model clearly
• Coordinate with dietitians, trainers, and administrative staff
• Monitor patient engagement and address concerns early
• Help ensure excellent client and patient experience after partnerships
• Prepare and drive executive communications and updates
• Identify AI opportunities to improve workflows
