Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Operations Lead to expand physician partnerships while strengthening operational systems and client experience. This is not a traditional back-office role; you will act as a trusted extension of the leadership team—part business developer, part client success leader, part operator.

You will own physician acquisition, discovery calls, and program operations, coordinating with dietitians and trainers, and integrating AI-driven workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience across business operations, executive support, business development, customer success, or healthcare operations.
• Must be able to work directly with senior leaders, physicians, and business owners.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a startup or rapidly changing environment.
• Experience solving problems independently without detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract physician and clinic partnerships.
• Identify opportunities with physicians, practice owners, and office managers.
• Support organic marketing and local-market growth initiatives.
• Create physician-facing messaging, success stories, and testimonials.
• Conduct discovery calls and facilitate partnerships with prospective physician partners.
