Job summary

Staffvirtual is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to serve as the Paycom SME, administering payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and HR reporting, and continuously improving those workflows. You will partner with Finance & Accounting and People & Culture to ensure accurate reporting across multiple states.

Remote role with a night shift in the Philippines; CPP preferred and strong knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS management are desired.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) with coursework in HR, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years' experience in a corporate payroll department; multi-state exposure preferred.
• Payroll/HRIS platform experience with report-writing tools and time & attendance systems; Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 350+ employees in Paycom across multiple states.
• Review time and attendance, ensure accuracy before payroll runs.
• Administer benefits enrollment, COBRA, and 401(k) activities; reconcile invoices.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain audit trails for compliance.
