Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Accountant for a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will manage payroll, benefits, and related liabilities, coordinating with HR and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time payments and compliant records.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, benefit reporting, and process improvements. Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms are required to support open enrollment and inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in benefits/payroll processing.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience using an HRIS platform (Paylocity or ADP/Workday/BambooHR).

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll journal entries for wages, taxes, and deductions.
• Record and reconcile employer-paid benefit costs and contributions.
• Coordinate with HR and vendors to resolve payroll issues.
• Review payroll registers for anomalies before posting.
• Develop reports and dashboards for payroll expenses and trends.
