The candidate will oversee US payroll regulations, reporting, and audits, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality while supporting employees in payroll inquiries and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll processing, tax compliance, and payroll system management.
• Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including: Collecting and verifying time and attendance data from various sources.
• Calculate gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
• Process payroll through the company's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute pay stubs.
• Manage off-cycle payroll runs (bonuses, terminations).
• Ensure accurate processing of pay types (hourly, salary, commission, bonus, overtime).
• Maintain payroll records and documentation per legal and company requirements.
• Oversee tax compliance and filing, including W-2s and other forms.
• Administer employee benefits deductions and remittance.
• Provide employee support for payroll inquiries and questions.
