Career Team is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, timely payroll for employees, with a strong focus on US payroll compliance and tax filings. This remote Manila-based role requires experience across all payroll cycles, benefits deductions, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field, 4+ years in payroll processing, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and regulatory adherence while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, and payroll system management.
• Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll cycle including time and attendance data collection and validations.
• Calculate gross pay, deductions, and net pay; ensure accurate tax filings.
• Process payroll through the payroll system and distribute pay statements.
• Manage year-end payroll processing and W-2 reconciliations; respond to payroll inquiries.
