Emapta is hiring a US Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to support payroll processing for U.S. care communities. The role involves employee records, tax compliance, and benefits administration, with a night shift and a work-from-home setup.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months payroll experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and good communication and interpersonal abilities. The position offers a competitive PHP salary and extensive perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of payroll experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain weekly verification from directors of each employee's hours worked to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Process payroll, obtain required approvals, and provide necessary information to the Support Center.
• Evaluate missed punches and elevate findings to upper HR management.
• Track weekly overtime and submit KPI figures to the Regional Business Office Manager.
• Add employee raises as needed.
• Review health insurance invoices and staff leave balances.
• Ensure new hires are entered into the system accurately and on time.
• Distribute W-2 forms and complete EE0 submissions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and payroll provider to establish GL codes.
