Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a US (Multi-States) Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This remote role serves as the Paycom (HRIS) expert and powers payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and HR reporting in close partnership with the People & Culture team.

You will bridge payroll operations, benefits administration, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Night shift schedule; remote setup with company-provided workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 350+ employees.
• Solid understanding of benefit plans and 401(k) administration.
• Experience reconciling monthly invoices and payroll taxes.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 350+ employees using Paycom.
• Review timecards, PTO, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Manage employee benefits, 401(k), COBRA, and enrollment activities.
