• Experience in healthcare coordination or reception roles.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own a Mac OS device and have reliable wired internet.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound patient calls and respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes.
• Schedule new and existing appointments in MacPractice and maintain intake information.
• Prioritize inquiries and convert opportunities to bookings.
• Conduct follow-up and reactivation outreach for inactive patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep providers' schedules full.
