Go Lean Health is seeking a Patient Care Communications Specialist to support our chiropractic clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, texts, emails, scheduling, and follow-up with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires excellent spoken English, ability to manage high call volume, and comfort with MacPractice. You will protect patient privacy under HIPAA and collaborate with in-office staff to keep the schedule full, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant / Front Desk in healthcare settings.
• Able to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own a Mac OS device and have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments in MacPractice; manage rescheduling.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
• Follow up with inactive patients to reactivate and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes with HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep the provider schedule full and organized.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing or insurance concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
