Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and clear communication.
• Strong written communication skills for SMS, email, and messages.
• Experience in healthcare or virtual medical support roles.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own a Mac OS device and have reliable LAN internet.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Attention to privacy and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and fax-related messages.
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments in MacPractice.
• Prioritize inquiries and convert leads to bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• De-escalate concerns and assist with scheduling, billing, and insurance questions.
• Support missed-call follow-up workflows and improve communications.
• Protect patient privacy in all interactions.
