Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience in healthcare support roles (virtual medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments using MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and referrals before routine rescheduling.
• Follow up with inactive patients to reactivate and convert inquiries to bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedules full.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
