Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and strong written communication.
Experience in healthcare support roles (Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Communications).
Able to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Reliable, punctual, proactive with attendance communications.

Responsibilities

Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
Schedule and manage patient appointments in MacPractice; collect intake information.
Follow up with inactive or past patients to reactivate; convert inquiries to bookings.
Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes; coordinate with in-office staff.
