Job summary

Expounder Corp. is seeking an entry-level Outbound Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing B2B team.

You will call decision-makers in Australia and other international markets, delivering pitches, qualifying leads, and guiding conversations toward growth opportunities. You will gain experience with multiple SaaS products, participate in coaching sessions, and progress into meeting booking and later account executive roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cold calling experience or strong natural sales ability.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a complete computer setup.
• Highly coachable, open to feedback, and quick to apply it.

Responsibilities

• Make around 100–200 outbound calls per day, resulting in roughly 40–70 live conversations.
• Deliver campaign-specific pitches to Australian business decision-makers.
• Ask qualification questions to understand each prospect's situation and needs.
• Decide whether a prospect should move forward in the sales process or be disqualified.
• Record clear, concise notes after each call and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
• Learn multiple SaaS and technology products and adapt to different campaigns.
• Join regular call coaching sessions and review recorded calls.
• Keep improving your objection handling and conversation quality.
• Work closely with the company founders.
• Progress over time into meeting booking and closing.
