Qualifications

• Minimum five years' B2B outbound sales experience in the Australian market.
• Proven ability to meet daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
• Experience generating new business through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong negotiation, closing skills and ability to prepare quotations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM systems and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective Australian businesses.
• Identify and approach decision-makers responsible for purchasing office supplies.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and database prospecting.
• Introduce products, pricing, delivery capabilities and account benefits.
• Identify customer requirements, volumes, current suppliers and buying cycles.
• Secure appointments, quotation opportunities, product trials and new customer accounts.
• Follow up prospects consistently until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Re-engage inactive customers and develop new revenue from dormant accounts.
