OutsourcedIn is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business for an Australian office supplies company. This remote role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and converting leads into accounts, with daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.

You will build a pipeline across corporate offices, professional services, and government sectors, executing quotations, trials, and onboarding while maintaining excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Five years of B2B outbound sales in the Australian market.
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting.
• Able to meet daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain the sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated with independent work habits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective Australian businesses.
• Identify decision-makers and secure appointments.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
• Convert quotations into initial orders and recurring accounts.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and re-engage dormant accounts.
• Provide regular activity and forecast reports via the CRM.
